Award-winning Arizona author Dennis H. Williams, celebrated for his authentic cowboy fiction, received two 2024 Wild Bunch Film Festival awards for A Reckoning at Caldwell Ranch and Mike Garrett. Stories Ben Kool and Vic Carson have made the short go-round at this year's Cowpokes Int'l Film Festival in Electra, Texas!!

Rodeo is back! Cochise College, along with the Sierra Vista Riding Club and FMWR, present the Cochise College Rodeo Saturday and Sunday, March 22 and 23rd at Wren Arena, Fort Huachuca. The gates open at noon, and the performance begins at 2 p.m., both days. The event is open to the public. Active Duty military and children 6 and under will be admitted free. Maintenance & Renovations
The rodeo arena in Willcox, Arizona, at Quail Park, is in need of additional maintenance and renovations. Years of weather and use have resulted in the facilities needing additional repairs above what the City of Willcox has provided. As such, AZheritage.net is looking into ways that funding can be raised to ensure this fine facility is maintained and where possible renovated.
